Call for Papers 2025
This year, 3D-iSA and AI4EA will be held as a joint workshop for the first time. This call for papers is therefore aimed equally at contributions from both subject areas - 3D technologies and AI applications in industrial practice. A joint scientific program committee is responsible for evaluating the content of the contributions.
In 2025, we will again use the web-based conference tool EasyChair for the submission and management of contributions. The call for papers is available at the following link: https://easychair.org/conferences?conf=joinedworkshop3disaa
Abstracts can only be submitted via EasyChair.

Important Notes on Submission and Review
Abstract-Submission
Abstracts (max. 2 pages) can be submitted via EasyChair until 06.06.2025. Submissions can be made in English or German, although we recommend English-language contributions wherever possible in order to promote greater international visibility.
After acceptance, the complete contributions (max. 6 A4 color pages incl. illustrations) must be submitted by 08.08.2025. A binding format template is available for the preparation, which will be made available in good time.
The contributions should be submitted in a print-ready (“camera-ready”) version, as subsequent formatting by the organization team is not intended. The aim is to produce a standardized and professional conference proceedings. (Styleguide)
All accepted contributions will be evaluated by at least two independent reviewers in terms of form and content. After the feedback to the authors in the form of the reviews on 12.09.2025, there is the possibility to revise the contributions accordingly until 26.09.2025.
Printed Manuscripts
All accepted contributions will be published in the printed conference proceedings (A4 format, ISBN). Presenters will receive their copy directly on the day of the workshop. The proceedings will also be available from the GFaI after the event for a fee. As usual, a digital edition with its own ISBN will also be made available on the workshop website.
Exhibition
Proposals for a small accompanying exhibition can be submitted to the workshop organizers (even at short notice).
